CITI Training 

CITI Training

To comply with Institute policy and federal regulations, all employees are required to complete mandatory CITI training. All training must be completed before involvement in human subject research. Research studies will not be approved until all key personnel and research project staff completes their assigned training. To maintain compliance, periodic refresher training is required for Conflict of Interests, Human Research and Good Clinical Practice courses. Find your assigned Learner Group below to begin your training.

 

CITI Training Access

New Users

  1. Go to citiprogram.org and click Register.

  2. Search for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care under Your Organization Affiliation.

  3. Complete the required registration questions.

  4. Register for the courses in your assigned learner group.

  5. For additional help, see detailed instructions here.

Refresher Training

  1. Go to citiprogram.org to login

  2. Under Institutional Courses, click View Courses

  3. Under Courses Ready to Begin, the required refresher course is displayed.
